Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients, addressing a diverse array of mental health concerns.
Customize and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Perform thorough assessments to identify mental health diagnoses and craft suitable interventions.
Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure clients receive comprehensive and holistic care.
Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.
Stay updated on the latest best practices and evidence-based interventions in mental health counseling.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Current provisional licensure as a mental health counselor in New York.
Demonstrated clinical experience with diverse populations and a broad range of mental health issues.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from all backgrounds.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
