The Role

  • Exceed predefined new business targets by executing the sales process with finesse.
  • Foster genuine, trust-based relationships with clients to gain profound insights into their needs and priorities.
  • Engage in daily outbound communications, including phone calls and emails, encompassing both warm and cold outreach.
  • Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, devising strategic business plans to identify and capitalise on high-potential prospects.

  • Maintain meticulous accuracy in prospect and customer data management within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
  • Business level German and English.
  • Other languages = HUGE PLUS
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in B2B sales within the performance marketing industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic selling methodologies.
  • Comfortable navigating MS Office tools and Salesforce CRM.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
