Für unser Partnerunternehmen aus dem Gesundheitswesen suchen wir einen Applikationsbetreuer (m/w/d) für das KIS (Krankenhausinformationssystem) iMedOne.

Start: nach Absprache / Verfügbarkeit

Laufzeit: 3 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung

Einsatzort: 100% Remote, ggf. einzelne Termine beim Kunden nach Absprache.

Projektbeschreibung

  • Hilfestellung für Anwender bei der Nutzung des Krankenhausinformationssystems (KIS) iMedOne.
  • Behebung von technischen und fachlichen Problemen im Zusammenhang mit dem KIS
  • Einrichtung von Benutzerprofilen, Durchführung von Updates und Konfigurationen im KIS.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem medizinischen Personal zur Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen.

Skills

  • Gute Applikationskenntnisse in iMedOne,
  • gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse von Krankenhausprozessen sind vorteilhaft - aber kein Muss
