What Will I Be Doing

  • Build working relationships with corporate level Club Channel customers, Buying teams and above
  • Meet & exceed aggressive sales targets
  • Lead Barcel USA’s strategy for Popcornopolis, long and short term, in the Club Channel
  • Maximize revenue while adhering to Barcel USA’s trade budget & promotional guardrail requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute Club specific initiatives
  • Own the P&L and Trade Spend responsibility for Club Channel customers for the Popcornopolis Brand
  • Foster relationships with key customer contacts across multiple departments as needed.
  • Work in partnership with shared resources assigned to this position
  • Compliance with Barcel USA policies and procedures

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Warehouse/CDC experience preferred
  • Power User Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to deliver compelling & persuasive presentations
  • Ability to gather insights from data & translate them into convincing stories
  • Strong collaborator and team-oriented
  • Willing to travel as necessary - up to 25%
