Your opportunity:
Our PMO and Project Management Team is looking for a Senior Project Management Office Analyst to join our growing team. As a Senior PMO Analyst at the Cardano Foundation you will be providing day to day support to the PMO function through various tasks in a fast dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Planning
Contributing to strategic planning efforts including the PMO strategic plan and roadmap.
Support the alignment of project portfolios with organisational goals and priorities.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
Own and deliver Management Information (MI) for executive audiences.
Create high quality reporting, transforming data from multiple data sources for advanced data analytics and forecasting.Â
Monitor and report on project performance, including KPIs and milestones.Â
Manage and own the reporting process for projects and programs
Support reporting for the Project Steering Committee and Board, including commentaries and insightsÂ
Create and own dashboard creation, have knowledge of reporting principles and data validation techniques. Expert in data modelling, report optimisation and visualisation.Â
Project Delivery Support
Complete PMO administrative tasks as the project/programmes require. Supporting the planning, execution and monitoring.
Process Creation
Experienced with creating and rolling out new processes company-wide.Â
Optimise PMO processes, tools, processes and methodologies company-wide.
Create and implement a capacity planning and resource forecasting process for projects (incl. maintaining accurate records of resource availability, allocations and dependencies).
Create and implement a Projects Benefits and Value Management framework, also change management processes.Â
Portfolio Governance & Control
In collaboration with the Head of PMO and Project Management, quality assure project artefacts/collateral submitted to PMO (Business Cases, Change Requests, Status Reports, Closure Reports, etc.) Provide constructive feedback to colleagues to ensure project management standards are applied consistently.
Own RFI and RFP process administrative work (compiling requirements and contacting vendors).
Create and own the process of âthe lessons learntâ reviews.
Run quarterly retrospectives with the PMO team.
Knowledge management; keep PMO Confluence and PMO documentation up to date incl. version control and records management.
Ability to build and influence business cases for change and lead these through to completion.
Stakeholder Management
Provide education, training and first line support on the agreed PMO procedures, processes and tools.
Provide expert guidance on project-related queries, also advice and support.Â
Quality Assurance
Support with project audits.
Support quality assurance activities by ensuring project documentation and assets meet quality standards.
