In this context, we're seeking a Key Account Manager to assist our customers in deploying and mastering our grain storing solution.



Your role at JAVELOT:

Reporting to the Head of Account Management and collaborating closely with the Country Manager and the Field Technical Coordinator, your primary objective will be to autonomously manage customer accounts, focusing on continuous improvement:

  • Supervise integration process of new clients ;
  • Coordinate the installation of Javelot solutions at customer sites ;
  • Analyze performance and provide guidance to customers on best practices ;
  • Develop and execute a strategy for customer loyalty and business growth ;
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance Javelot solutions ;
  • Ensure timely reporting and implementation of action plans ;
  • Develop recommendations for adapting the Javelot product for the German market.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English ;
  • Previous experience in an international context ;
  • Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities ; 
  • Proficient organizational skills, with adeptness in project management ;
  • Effective communication skills, capable of disseminating information to diverse stakeholders ;
  • Agricultural background is a plus ;
  • Fluency in French is a plus but not essential.
