As a Client Servicing Agent at Flipster
We are seeking a Client Servicing Agent to join the Flipster operations team. The ideal candidate must possess a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, basic knowledge of financial products and exchange services. In this role, you will be responsible for answering user KYC related enquiries, account registration and account management related enquiries, promotion and event enquiries and managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries. 


Responsibilities
  • Handling user enquiries including:
  • KYC related enquiries 
  • Account registration and account management
  • Promotion and Event-related enquiries 
  • Wallet and Asset related enquiries 
  • Managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders

  • Qualifications
  • Prior experience dealing with user KYC enquiries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
  • Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Preferred
  • Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange 
  • Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
  • Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub
  • Experience working at a high growth startup/tech company
  • Knowledge and experience in Customer Due Diligence and onboarding process is highly desirable
