Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced 3D Visualizer with a strong visual sense of design to join our team. This role involves working on signage, way-finding, and spatial graphics projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design and proven experience in AutoCAD, 3D Rendering Software, and SketchUp. An understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is also required.

Requirements

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of trends and incorporate them into design work.
  
• Understand the project brief, context, market, user needs, and project limitations.
  
• Work with the project manager to establish creative directions and participate in team brainstorming sessions.
  
• Conduct design research, bench-marking, and analysis.
  
• Develop design strategies and concepts.
  
• Generate original visual executions that are exciting and creatively attractive.
  
• Collaborate with team members to develop concepts and visuals.
  
• Coordinate projects, including correspondence with clients and vendors.
  
• Manage documents and data efficiently.
  
• Demonstrate teamwork and a collaborative spirit.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A design degree from an accredited university.
  
• Impeccable English; additional languages are a plus.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
  
• Computer literacy: Proficiency in 3D software, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and AutoCAD.
  
• Must submit a portfolio.
