Your missions

This role is responsible for designing and implementing quality assurance procedures to measure and evaluate the performance of the company's operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the company's services and products meet or exceed the customer's expectations. If you have a combination of technical skills, analytical abilities, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of the company, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, design and implement quality assurance processes, policies, and procedures to ensure that the company's operations meet or exceed the customer's expectations.
  • Monitor quality standards and evaluate the performance of agents, teams, and departments to ensure that they meet or exceed the company's quality benchmarks and targets.
  • Analyze quality data and identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Use data insights to develop training and coaching plans for agents, teams, and departments.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to agents, teams, and departments to help them improve their performance and achieve quality goals.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify compliance issues, adherence to policies and procedures, and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Training, and HR to develop and implement quality initiatives, programs, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs to agents, teams, and departments to ensure that they understand and adhere to quality policies, procedures, and benchmarks.
  • Maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes, policies, procedures, and audit results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements related to quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Prior work experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field is required.
  • A thorough understanding of the industry's regulatory and compliance standards and be able to ensure that the company's operations are aligned with them.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide feedback and coaching to agents and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the company's operations meet quality standards.
  • Well organized, disciplined and have high ethical standards and professionalism. 
  • Experienced in designing and implementing processes that improve quality and efficiency in the company's operations.
  • Able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Flexible to changing duties and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a cheerful disposition.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively as a team player to achieve common goals.

Other Qualifications:

  • Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Must have a computer with the latest model (preferably Core i3 or higher) and at least 8GB RAM.
  • Must be available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during regular weekday working hours.
  • Must have a quiet workspace that is free from noise and distractions.
  • Must have a noise-canceling headset that provides good audio quality for clear communication.
