Your missions

Overview:
The Service Now role is crucial to our organization as it involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of Service Now solutions. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and customize Service Now applications based on business requirements
  • Implement and maintain various modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new Service Now functionalities
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other IT management systems
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Service Now solutions
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
  • Implement and maintain best practices and standards in Service Now development
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and validation of Service Now upgrades and patches
  • Conduct training sessions for end users and support teams
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of new Service Now applications and add-ons
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now implementation and administration
Having Development experience in ServiceNow GRC - Must Have
Candidate must have knowledge in ServiceNow engagement, GRC
Candidate should be able to design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules
  • Candidate should be proficient in Integration and ServiceNow Scripting (Glide, (JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON etc. HTML and CSS
  • Ability to configure and maintain CMDB within Service Now
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in integrating Service Now with other IT systems and applications
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Service Now Implementation Specialist certification is a plus
  • Experience with Service Now Service Mapping and Discovery is a plus
