Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our ITOM/ITAM Practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Visibility modules and experience implementing and managing ServiceNow ITOM solutions for large organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions for clients across different industries
• Lead workshops and design sessions with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes
• Configure ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet client needs and integrate with other ServiceNow modules
• Architect integrations to client IT Operations Management tools using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs as required.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow ITOM consultants
• Develop technical specifications and documentation
• Utilize expert industry experience and ServiceNow best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions for large organizations
• 5+ years of Systems, Network, Storage, and/or Cloud Infrastructure Experience
• Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform in general and Integration tools
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Discovery and Service Mapping
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes
• Highly organized, excellent communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in high-profile, deadline-driven customer environment.
• Ability to speak through CSDM v4
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
