Project Manager with Italian - Full Time Freelance

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team as a freelancer for a specific project. 

Industry: e-commerce and high fashion 

Requirements

You - ideally

• Are a person with a solid tech background, who has hands-on insight into how web and mobile applications work
• Have at least ~ 3 years of commercial project management experience, especially with enterprise clients 
• Understand Agile, or more specifically - Scrum and are able to adapt processes to the needs of the project and the client
• Are highly communicative and able to find common language with people of diverse background and personality
• Show huge deal of proactiveness and determination to help your team and the client achieve common goals
• Speak and write English (min. B2)
• Speak and write fluent Italian (C1)
• Have outstanding planning, reporting and analytical skills
• Open to working according to the client’s working hours ~ 9:00 - 17:00

• Prior experience in developing e-commerce products
• Knowledge and interest in the high fashion industry

You will

• Coordinate a project team composed of Backend, Front-End and Full-Stack Developers, supported by QA Specialists and Designers and ensure timely and in-budget delivery of the project
• Organize project workflows and facilitate regular team meetings: stand-ups, sprint plannings, retros etc.
• Take ownership of the project’s budget, scheduling and delivery
• Work closely with a Tech Lead to tackle the technological complexity, create the project backlog and prioritize it
• Live and breathe highly iterative lean & Agile methodologies, analyze progress against schedules identify key issues and risks
• Facilitate client workshops and discussions (if applicable)
• Be flexible and responsive to change
• Work together to satisfy the needs of the client and the team
• Oversee team performance and implementing Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement

• Work on developing a close relationship with the client 

Salary

Hourly Rates on B2B contract

Mid: up to 65 PLN/hour

Senior: up to 100 PLN/hour
