Your missions

This position will support the Partner Solutions team with core operational functions, including process documentation creation & organization, information architecture & accessibility, contact & list management, developing presentations & team updates, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Attend key Revenue internal & collaborative team meetings.

• Execute proactive team audits on operational functions, including completeness of partner list updates, partner email distribution list updates, partner contract updates, and more. This includes external outreach to source partner information.

• Conduct quarterly audits of partner & competitive user experiences; document full user experience & circulate notable changes in experience, claims, & more.

• Execute and monitor progress on Revenue team “Special Projects”; ensure project owners are meeting deadlines; escalate issues & enforce follow-ups.

• Send follow-up to meet team SLAs and communicate updates to team leadership on a recurring basis. Enforce closing of any gaps in a timely manner.

• Organize & sort team planning documents, process documents, partner-facing collateral, QBRs, templates, and other resources into appropriate locations.

• Support ad hoc analysis: deliver high-level performance metrics using Looker and Salesforce including partner revenue, partner funnel metrics, & more.

• Support process discovery, audits & documentation for core RevOps processes.

Key Skills:

● English fluency (reading and writing)

● Accurate and efficient data entry

● Able to quickly learn and effectively execute multi-step processes across internal systems

● Microsoft Office suite and Looker/BI tool experience. Experience with Salesforce a plus

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a PMO functional role.

• Financial Services & FinTech experience preferred.

• Strong in all Google Suite tools, including Sheets, Slides, Docs, & more.

• Experience writing formulas & queries in Google Sheets a firm requirement; ability to transform raw data into rollup tables & visualizations a firm requirement.

Experience with Looker or other BI tools, ability to run reports and navigate existing dashboards

• Skilled & experienced developing slides & presentations with well-designed structure for corporate audiences - able to communicate “the big picture” context in team slides.

• Extremely diligent & detail oriented - operates with urgency, but not at the expense of quality needed to minimize/eliminate mistakes.

• Strong time management & planning skills; develops robust calendars & action plans and shows attentiveness/organization to ensure those plans are maintained & well communicated.

• Highly effective meeting organizer & attendee; able to take diligent notes with high-level themes from fast-moving sessions, and able to organize those notes / themes into action plans & follow-ups.

• Ability to enforce follow-ups & thoughtfully drive action plans across a matrixed organization. Sends timely reminders for prioritized action plans to members of the team & drives results.

• Comfortable operating in gray space & with minimal verbal direction - asks purposeful questions in limited one-on-one sessions.

• Process driven with a documentation-first mindset; makes thorough documentation of all tasks.

• Receptive to constructive feedback & shows demonstrated willingness to improve.
