Technical Bookkeeping Virtual Staff

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Bookkeeper Virtual Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proficiency in QuickBooks and the ability to learn and navigate specialized software. Experience in the construction or engineering fields is a plus. This role involves generating bills of materials, managing crew pay, and updating assemblies in QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Generate Bills of Materials:
• Create bills of materials from drawings provided by the sales team using Computer Fence Software (CFS).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all materials listed.

• Manage Crew Pay:
• Match invoices from ServiceTitan with QuickBooks entries to generate crew pay for subcontractors.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

• Update Assemblies in QuickBooks:
• Enter linear footage and additional parameters into QuickBooks for each job.
• Update assemblies for various fence styles as required.

• Software Utilization:
• Utilize CFS for creating bills of materials and managing related tasks.
• Use QuickBooks proficiently to handle crew pay, manage assemblies, and maintain financial records.
• Limited interaction with ServiceTitan for cross-referencing and invoice management.

• Technical Support Navigation:
• Address and troubleshoot technical support gaps in software.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new software and tools.

Requirements

• Willing to work the graveyard shift.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks with a strong understanding of its functionalities.
• Must have a background in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with project management or technical software is beneficial.
• Ability to learn and navigate Computer Fence Software (CFS) 23 desktop version.
• Basic understanding of construction concepts is a plus.
• Experience in the construction or engineering fields is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
