About the team

About the role

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

Overseeing all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups

Working closely with users to resolve user support tickets. 

Working on automations (Flow), to help improve business processes

Identifying and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders

Supporting team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization

Providing ongoing user training and create training materials as needed

 

What we are looking for:

A Clear oral and written communicator, able to explain technical issues in non-technical language

Ability to prioritize workload and balance BAU tasks with longer term project work

A good problem solver, able to think creatively about ways to tackle user/business requirements

Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role

Salesforce certified administrator ADM 201

Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems

Experience of improving UX, e.g. through improving page layouts and use of dynamic forms

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

Enthusiasm for Salesforce, and demonstrable commitment to learning about new Salesforce functions, features and releases.

Knowledge of/Experience of working with third party integrations

Knowledge of/Experience of using the AppExchange
