UpCloud is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our global Sales team in our Helsinki Office. You’ll join a team responsible for UpCloud’s customer acquisition efforts and new revenue growth. Your role will be prospecting new businesses for UpCloud in the Nordic Region.

We’re looking for an individual with a can-do attitude and builder mentality, who takes pride in owning their work and results. Responsibilities:

  • Initiating the sales cycle: Day-to-day targeting and prospecting of new business customers through programmatic outbound prospecting supported by the best tooling.

  • Running Discovery Meetings with prospects and qualifying new business opportunities for our Account Executives.

  • Innovating and optimizing lead development ideas and strategies. A/B testing cadences, messaging and communications channels based on data.

  • Representing UpCloud at Conferences

  • Ensuring excellent sales hygiene by managing sales leads and key decision-maker interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement Platform (Salesloft)

  • Proactively learning about UpCloud’s expanding service portfolio, competitive offering, and cloud industry trends.
