Aprio is seeking a highly experienced Senior HubSpot CRM Manager to lead the optimization and strategic growth of Aprio’s HubSpot CRM system. This role requires at least 7 years of experience with HubSpot and a proven track record of success in managing complex CRM implementations. As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring exceptional internal support.
Position Responsibilities:
CRM Optimization: Design and manage custom objects to streamline business processes within HubSpot. Establish and maintain clear object associations and label management for user clarity. Standardize naming conventions for properties, objects, workflows, reports, lists, and dashboards to ensure consistent user experience. Manage and audit user accounts and permissions to uphold security best practices. Data Quality Champion: Conduct regular audits of properties, objects, and non-marketing assets to identify and address data quality issues. Oversee property creation and update requests, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline data cleaning and improve overall data quality. Utilize HubSpot Operations Hub to effectively manage, curate, and synchronize data across the platform. Integrations Expert: Identify opportunities for improvement of existing integrations within HubSpot and develop solutions to enhance efficiency. Monitor the health and performance of enterprise application integrations within HubSpot, proactively addressing any issues.Helpdesk & Knowledge Base Leadership: Oversee the HubSpot Team helpdesk, providing guidance and resolving internal user tickets related to HubSpot functionality. Lead the development and quality control of new solutions for the internal HubSpot knowledge base, ensuring comprehensive and user-friendly resources. Foster a collaborative environment within the HubSpot team, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience with HubSpot CRM, including extensive knowledge of Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub functionalities. Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and optimizing complex CRM solutions within HubSpot. Strong understanding of data quality principles and experience in utilizing data management tools to ensure data integrity. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a small team. Experience building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Amenable to work Eastern Time (Nightshift work schedule)Preferred Qualifications:CRM management experience for professional services firms. Agency experience.
