Location:  US, Remote

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

 

  • Enable the global sales forecasting process with a focus on producing a predictable, dependable and accurate forecasting across all layers of our global organization 
  • Develop and maintain standard sales reporting packages on a monthly and quarterly basis aligned to global sales management KPIs. 
  • Establish standard dashboards and executive reporting packages to provide real time data evaluating performance relative to target, prior year, prior QTR across all dimensions of sales performance such as region, vertical, new business vs. renewals, product family, etc. 
  • Build analytical models, in partnership with key leaders within the Sales and Finance organization, to help evaluate, refine, and optimize the sales compensation plan including optimizing territory design, quota allocation, and design 
  • Partner directly with members of the sales senior leadership team to provide actionable insights through compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data 
  • Execute on sales improvement programs, as well as reviewing and optimizing our sales operating model, sales capacity model, and territory modeling  
  • Partner with marketing and business applications to establish ‘single pane of glass’ view into performance of the complete lead flow journey i.e. MSL-MQL-SQL-SAL-Close, and provide detail by BDR, region, vertical, product, etc. 

 

 

ABOUT YOU 

Core Competencies, Demonstrated Success & Qualifications 

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales operations capacity (or related – e.g. finance, marketing ops, business ops) 
  • Experience with sales tech stack --Salesforce.com required, Clari & Marketo preferred 
  • MS Excel advanced level, MS PowerBI (or other BI applications) preferred 
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail 

 

Education 

  • BA or BS

Compensation                

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is currently $84,000 to $110,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $100,000 to $130,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
