Master's degree in Biology/Genetics or PhD in Biology/Genetics preferred, 3+ years of commercial experience in laboratory settings with customer facing involvement, Strong foundation in Genetics and Molecular Biology, knowledge of NGS, Spatial and Cytometry.
Key responsabilities:
- Establish and execute strategies to acquire new customers and maintain existing accounts
- Effectively consult customers on technology and product decisions with technical credibility
- Develop and implement sales plans, provide versatile solutions, manage customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams, ensure Salesforce utilization, and uphold customer satisfaction
- Presentations to customers/peers/managers, conduct local/regional travel including industry events
