Your missions

 
My responsibilities:

As a Team Lead within the International IT Services department of ALDI Süd, you would lead a team of 10-18 people and provide a comprehensive IT service.

  • Perform daily operational tasks based on defined SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensuring quality standards, increasing customer satisfaction
  • Optimal allocation of daily workload
  • Continuous development and motivation of direct reports
  • Participate in the selection of new staff and in the training of new recruits 
  • Continuous development of services and service portfolio
  • Analysing complex cases and liaising with external partners
  • Managing escalations
  • Working on a daily basis with the HR department and other partner departments
The knowledge I own:
  • Several years of experience at IT Service Desk
  • At least 2 years Team Leader experience
  • Experience in managing staff in a team environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of professional basics (software, hardware, network)
  • Excellent knowledge English, German would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology (Foundation and/or Service Operation certification an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter, proactive and analytical mindset
  • Flexibility in terms of new tasks and change management
  • Commitment to working on a continuous basis
