Your missions

Organizational Change Manager

Overview:

Provides support for the development and the delivery of organizational change management plans for a variety of change initiatives, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Supports change management capability-building within the Bank wide Transformation team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with delivering organizational change management tactics by applying a structured change management approach
  • Serve as liaison between Change Management and bank wide Transformation teams
  • Assist with developing and maintaining change project schedules
  • Build and maintain a variety of mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships
  • Conduct stakeholder identification and assist with change impact analysis and change readiness assessments; develop analysis summaries
  • Assist in identifying tactics to mitigate change barriers and resistance. Support activities and tactics that engage senior leaders on effective change leadership
  • Support the development, delivery and management of communications
  • Provide training administration and tactical support, which may include scheduling and training event logistics
  • Support the collection and analysis of business readiness and success metrics, including survey development and administration
  • Support change sustainability and business transition activities
  • Adapt to new projects and stakeholders when the subject matter is unfamiliar
  • Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Company brand
  • Maintain the Company's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
  • Complete other related duties as assigned
