Your Responsibilities

  • Stay ahead of the competition and the way IP providers use their company websites as a lead magnet, suggest innovative solutions
  • Execute website core strategy while refining the user strategy further
  • Act as central point of contact for the company website for both colleagues as well as external parties
  • Manage agencies and providers that are at your disposition (currently SEO, development, hosting)
  • Plan and work according to agile workflows with regular update cycles, including Kanban
  • Control and make sure the website is up-to-date, functional, user-centered, attractive
  • Analyze web traffic and user engagement to make data-driven improvements
  • Optimize journeys and client experience together with CX and Design colleagues
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal loading speed and responsiveness
  • Ensure website security and integrity together with the IP security unit, including managing backups and implementing security best practices
  • Educate internal stakeholder about website processes

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a webmaster, product owner or in a similar role
  • Holistic view on the product and the way it’s embedded in the company user experience is required
  • Proficiency in CMS frameworks and web development technologies (TYPO3 is a huge plus), including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools
  • Experience in working number driven and based on website analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Digital native
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
