Job Description

We are currently seeking reinforcements for our Frontend team, consisting of 13 React/React Native and 10 Angular experts, engaged in diverse projects across industries like media, education, fintech, and healthcare. Our clients include leaders in their industries, such as Lexia, Coinme, Napster, and Beazley but also exciting non-governmental organizations like ASCAP and Phoenix.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of developers on a project: structuring the work, coordinating, consulting
  • Mentoring and career coaching
  • Taking part in decision-making with the team, client, and other stakeholders
  • Taking a part in the whole SDLC lifecycle
  • Being a point-of-contact with the client's technical staff
  • Setting up the frontend architecture, enforcing best practices and conventions
  • Increasing code quality and maintainability through discussions and code review
  • Delivering complex features both independently and with your team
  • Implementing React-based web and/or React Native mobile applications that deliver strong user value, with pixel-perfect UIs, and uncompromising performance and UX

Qualifications

What do we expect from you? 

  • 7+ years in software development
  • At least 3 years of experience with React and/or React Native)
  • Excellent knowledge of React and/or React Native's ecosystem, advanced techniques and best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript and CSS
  • Experience with state management – Redux, RTK, or similar
  • Experience with testing – Jest, Cypress or similar
  • Knowledge of frontend architectures
  • Writing clean and sustainable code
  • Experience in team leading and mentoring or similar roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Experience with both web and mobile domain
  • Experience with Storybook and custom design systems
  • Experience or general knowledge of solutions for writing CSS like styled-components and Tailwind
  • Experience or general knowledge of React frameworks such as Next.js or Remix
  • Experience or general knowledge of modern frontend tooling such as Vite
  • Experience with different architectures such as micro-frontends or monorepos
  • Experience with other frameworks and technologies (backend, databases, CI/CD or similar)
