Your missions

This is a remote position.

  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired experiences.
  • Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodation options (hotels, resorts, etc.), transportation (flights, cruises, etc.), and activities based on client needs.
  • Secure bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements, ensuring the best possible rates and deals.
  • Provide clients with up-to-date information on travel regulations, visa requirements, local customs, and currency exchange.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries that include daily schedules, travel confirmations, maps, and activity suggestions.
  • Address client questions and concerns throughout the booking process and during their trip.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of all travel bookings.
  • Stay current on travel industry trends, new destinations, and special offers to enhance client recommendations.

    Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a travel consultant or related customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of various travel destinations, including popular tourist attractions, local cultures, and hidden gems.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate travel booking systems and effectively utilize relevant software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research tools.
  • A passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for others.
