Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team for a remote, long-term contract role with our end client in the Life Sciences industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  
• Design, code, test, debug, and document Salesforce applications.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 7+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  
• Proven experience developing Salesforce solutions, including custom development and integrations.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  
• Experience with Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
  
• Experience working in the Medical Devices industry is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
