We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with global vision to join our dynamic and tight-knit team

Main Responsibilities
• Promote the company’s products/services (PEO, Recruitment, HR Consulting, Company Registration, etc.) addressing or predicting current or prospective clients’ needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Keep records of prospects, sales process status, invoices and revenue generated, etc. via our CRM
• Ensure the implementation of our business strategy
• Represent INS Global during events (trade shows, conferences, exhibitions)
• Prepare sales contracts, negotiate, and ensure adherence to law-established rules and company guidelines/standards
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Support our Account Managers in customer requests
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2-year work experience in a Sales or Customer service-oriented job
• French Speaker and basic understanding of Chinese language
• Strong mastery of Pack Office
• Business acumen, thrive in a high paced work environment, like to take on challenges
Like-To-Haves:
• 2-5 years professional experience
• Team-spirit mindset
• Any other language would be a plus
• Sales experience in B2B
• Familiar with Teams, Zoom and CRM’s
• Interest or first experience in HR services
• Quick leaner, reliable and get things done
• Time management and organizational skills
