You are

A seasoned Senior Program Manager with a proven track record of leading cloud based data analysis and infrastructure and data engineering initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service. You have a deep understanding of cloud environments, large data services within AWS, and data analysis and technologies. As a strategic thinker and effective communicator, you excel at coordinating with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure project success. Your federal experience and ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance make you an ideal candidate for this highly visible and impactful role.

The Skills

• Experience in Data Querying and Analysis
• Experience with Data Ingestion and ETL projects
• Experience with Quicksight Development
• Extensive experience in program management, IT, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, large data services within AWS, and data technologies
• Expertise in budget management, including contracts, subcontracts, and vendor relations
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Federal experience and the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance

The Expectations

30 Days

• Assess current cloud and data engineering operations and identify areas for improvement
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of agency standards and governance requirements

60 Days

• Implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate with business leadership and IT teams to align cloud infrastructure and data engineering initiatives with agency needs
• Streamline release processes and ensure compliance with development requirements

90 Days

• Drive capability enhancements to cloud infrastructure and data engineering based on stakeholder feedback and industry best practices
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow profitability
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the cloud and data engineering teams
