Your missions

We're on the lookout for an Oracle EBS or Cloud Functional Analyst to join our Systems Application Engineering team, which comprises experts in HR, Payroll, Financials, and Procurement. This role involves providing comprehensive application and delivery support across Oracle e-Business and Cloud Fusion platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, govern, and manage the delivery of public-facing digital products, leveraging modular knowledge, subject matter expertise, and experience in business process and system enhancements.
  • Document system requirements, including Low Level Logical Design artifacts, Impact Assessments, Privacy Impact Assessments, and Data Protection Impact Assessments, to support colleagues in delivering strategic roadmap deliverables.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with customers and third-party suppliers, engaging with key project stakeholders to refine and validate requirements, and tracking them through development into production.
  • Continuously enhance system engineering design processes to uphold quality standards and comply with audit functions, ensuring adherence to documentation storage and retrieval standards.
  • Provide support to internal Customer Services, Training, BCD, and other system end-users, overseeing incident and request management support operations.
  • Collaborate with EA Product Development Managers to understand strategic and resourcing needs, ensuring prioritized delivery and support tasks align with internal and external KPI and SLA standards.
  • Effectively communicate information to drive decisions and actions.
  • Collaborate with the wider Digital Delivery team and business stakeholders to conduct testing of all upgrade, change, and support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and lead workshops for the implementation of new/upgraded products and processes.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Demonstrable experience with Oracle R12 or Cloud Fusion financial modules, covering areas such as GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, iExpense, FSG (Financial Statement Generator), ADI, Workflow, Payments, and Projects.
  • Ability to partner with internal and external business stakeholders to understand business strategies and effectively plan, prioritize, and schedule work.
  • Hands-on design and implementation experience of complex multi-tiered, multi-client ERP platforms.
  • Experience leading change and support teams effectively, empowering them through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Proficiency in managing activities related to the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of on-prem and Cloud-based enterprise systems and applications.
  • Strong leadership skills to ensure effective project management, communication, and change management plans.
  • Ability to review larger solution designs and provide input across the technology or application stack.
  • Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of subject matter to influence stakeholders credibly.

Desirable

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification.
  • Familiarity with PL/SQL, JavaScript, BI Publisher, or similar.
  • Understanding of project and delivery methodologies such as Agile, ITIL, and capacity planning concepts.
  • Extended knowledge of integration components such as Control-M, Bottomline PT-X, and Cadency.
