Your missions

Become an integral part of our vibrant managed service team as an Oracle Financials Functional & Technical Support Consultant. In this role, you will be involved in occasional travel within the UK for client meetings and internal discussions. With a balanced emphasis on both Functional and Technical aspects (approximately 40:60), adaptability, rapid learning, and resilience under pressure are essential qualities. You will be responsible for seeing tasks through from inception to successful completion, encompassing both support and project duties. Proactive problem-solving, proposing solutions, estimation, and project advancement are crucial elements of this role.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in functional areas, covering core EBS financials modules such as AP, AR, GL, CE, FA, eBTax, SLA, and procure-to-pay processes including iProcurement, PO, iExpenses.
  • Additional advantageous knowledge in order to cash (OM, Advanced Collections), supply chain (especially INV), Projects, Property Manager, and Manufacturing modules.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL to facilitate query writing and data fixes on base tables.
  • Familiarity with Workflow, BI Publisher, Forms, OA Framework personalizations, Discoverer, AME, ADI, APEX.
  • Exposure to Cloud ERP would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of key interfaces within functional domains.
  • Prior experience in a support environment, preferably with ITIL-based practices.
  • Familiarity with Releases 11i and 12, and comprehension of technical architecture variances between them (e.g., TCA, MOAC).
