Job description

Your missions

A Talascend client with projects in Los Alamos, NM has a need for a Operations Support Specialist.

REQUIREMENTS:

BS degree from accredited institution in a technical discipline preferred
10+ years of experience in similar roles
DOE project experience
Documented corrective action management experience
Experience supporting event investigations; critiques; root cause analysis; and effectiveness reviews
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
US Citizen
Ability to obtain a Q Clearance
Ability to travel to the site as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting incident and general issues management investigations and reporting;
Participating in or supporting readiness reviews for operations;
Supporting the activity approval process;
Developing and maintaining required operational documentation and procedural manuals;
Tracking and trending analysis;
Providing other compliance and/or quality-related support functions including development of training, delivery of facility-level training, and tracking and assurance of employee training.
Provides other operational/administrative support functions as required
