Your missions

Hello, good day! We are currently looking for an experienced Office Admin / Bookkeeper. As an Office Admin / Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping: Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and control.
  • Permit Applications: Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities from inception to completion, liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST

Rate: 500USD - 600USD per month for a start
