This is a remote position.

Although this is 100% remote position we are aiming to target candidates from Honduras mainly or Colombia.

About the position   

As a Mid QA Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding requirements, crafting test cases & test plans, and maintaining them. Managing deployment in different environments. Your expertise in System, Functional, Integration, GUI, Regression Testing and UAT will also be called upon.

Requirements

For this position you need to have experience in the following:

· Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience

· 3+ years of testing experience, with progressively more complex testing and automation scenarios.

· Experience and success with regression, integration, and UA testing experience.

· Understanding of all aspects of software testing including test environment, test data, and test automation, complete software testing life cycle and Agile methodology.

· Ability to perform various levels of testing System, Functional, Integration, GUI, etc.

· Ability to Identify Risks and communicate them.

· Experience and knowledge in writing Test Cases

· Ability to read and understand Business Requirements

· English Conversational

Responsibilities

· Create well-structured, comprehensive and detailed test plans and cases

· Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

· Design, develop and run automated scripts using open source tools

· Identify, record and document extensively and track errors

· Perform full regression tests after errors are resolved
