Job description

Your missions

This is a remote position.

Oversee all aspects of the logistics process, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials and products.

Manage and schedule shipments, selecting the most cost-effective and efficient transportation methods.

Track and monitor shipments in real-time, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records, including inventory levels, shipment details, and costs.

Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.

Liaise with internal departments (sales, customer service) and external partners (carriers, suppliers) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the supply chain.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.

Strong understanding of logistics principles, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
