The role calls for being highly technical (design and develop technical solutions) and being a consultant (customer facing) to enterprise-grade global clients. This is a remote position.

 

What you will do (or learn to do)

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to our enterprise clients and partners primarily in the US region to support them in the deployment and integration of Top 3 HR AI Client’s AI products and solutions.
  • Architect Top 3 HR AI Client innovative AI integrations between Top 3 HR AI Client and other ATS & HRIS systems for enterprise customers.
  • Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing customers’ business requirements to configuring our Top 3 HR AI Client solutions to meet customers’ needs.
  • Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our Top 3 HR AI Client solutions and evaluate the customer’s business processes. 
  • Configuring and customizing solutions/products/processes to achieve best results. 
  • Conduct acceptance testing and technical documentation. 
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Functional Consultants and Partners.
  • Lead customer presentations and training on software solutions.
  • Plan and facilitate weekly meetings, and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist technical teams to develop solutions- including issues discovered from customer escalations. 
  • GDPR and data retention / compliance knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiar with Pandas or Python machine learning libraries
  • Familiar with Spark, MLLib, Databricks MLFlow, Apache Airflow and similar related technologies.
  • Familiar with a cloud-based environment such as AWS
  • Experience with scientific libraries in Python (numba, pandas) and machine learning tools and frameworks (scikit-learn, tensorflow, torch, etc.).
  • Familiar with Pandas or Python machine learning libraries
  • Experience with analyzing large data sets, using Hadoop, Spark or related technologies is a plus.
  • Create innovative algorithms for Machine Learning & AI
  • Develop tools and processes for automatically train, update and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Familiar with Language models, transformers like BERT, GPT-4, Mistral, Llamda, Gemini, T-5 etc


Requirements
  • Min 7+ years of experience in consulting or industry- delivering enterprise-grade HCM solutions in cloud (SaaS) environments.
  • Experience in HRIS/ATS implementations and knowledge in any of: Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Oracle, Greenhouse etc.  
  • Proven history of serving in technical and customer-facing roles. Gathering requirements and design solutions. 
  • Designing and implementing API(SOAP, REST, Webservices, Postman, GraphQL)  and software integrations using JSON, ETL, XML, Python or SQL.

·       Expertly handle support for integrations with various ERP systems and HCM Systems

·       Strong integration experience with ATS, HRIS systems

·       Skills in application programming, solutions design.  

  • Knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications/platforms
  • Hands on experience configuring software solutions for large enterprise clients. 
  • Brings industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications. 
  • Passion and interest in leveraging modern AI to HR Technology.
  • Can architect solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively including presentations, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Advanced/fluent level of spoken English is a must.
  • Can lead customer facing activities (such as workshops, requirements discussions, presentations, demos)
  • Strong customer relationship management and critical issue handling.
  • Strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.
  • Can deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform testing, and effectively communicate with the business.
  • Strong execution and delivery with end-to-end ownership of customer success
  • Proven experience to mentor and train other team members.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering is preferred.
  • Big 4 consulting experience is a plus.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B Implementation an Enterprise or SaaS-based application experience preferred.

·       Extensive experience in managing global customer support operations.

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
