Your missions

As an IT service manager of our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) CRM aligned services organization, you’ll lead a team of 11 that consists of project portfolio analysts, project schedulers, and process analysts. Their roles vary from leading governance processes, project scheduling expertise, data analytics, process improvements, and a center of excellence. In this role, you'll partner with your peer EPMO Service Managers to adopt Lean practices, mature our project delivery methodologies, and evolve our service offerings to deliver business value to our customers and partners. Additionally, you'll have the ability to contribute to, support, and may sponsor key strategic initiatives in the ERPMO and in your aligned customer value stream.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training. **

Must-have Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery
  • Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted

Preferred Skills

  • Action-oriented and experience driving both process and continuous improvement efforts across multiple teams.
  • Working level understanding of project delivery, Lean, Agile, and Organizational Change Management disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success in building collaborative partnerships, influencing, and negotiating across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong people orientation and proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams, skillsets, and levels of expertise.

Compensation

  • $125,280-$153,120/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
