Job description

This is a remote position.

Description: We are seeking a Head of Quant to spearhead our team, playing a pivotal
role in our dynamic and forward-thinking firm. This position is ideal for a seasoned expert
with a robust background in algorithmic trading, eager to lead in a state-of-the-art
environment.

Required Skills and Experience:
1. Over 5 years of experience in Quantitative Research, including at least 2 years in a
leadership role within HFT/MFT sectors;
2. Proven track record of developing successful strategies demonstrated by a
favorable Sharpe ratio;
3. Outstanding quantitative and mathematical prowess, with a keen ability for solving
complex problems;
4. Mastery in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python;
5. Advanced degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or a related quantitative field;
6. Strong communication skills, capable of leading discussions on both technical and
non-technical subjects within and between teams;
7. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a robust collaborative spirit, committed
to driving team success.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead extensive market research efforts to pinpoint new trading opportunities;
2. Devise and oversee the implementation of powerful trading strategies derived
from your research;
3. Continually enhance existing strategies to boost risk-adjusted returns and adapt
to evolving market conditions;
4. Guide and mentor team members, harnessing diverse expertise to refine and
advance trading strategies.
