Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at ADM Education & Welfare Society. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR activities and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This is a part-time, remote or hybrid internship position ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Prior experience or internship in HR is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist the HR team in daily HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and other HR-related meetings
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs
  • Support the HR team in handling employee queries and concerns
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents
  • Assist in conducting research and analysis on HR trends and best practices
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
