SC&A is seeking a qualified Continuity, Planning, Training, and Exercise Analyst II to support Federal mission and program activities related to Federal homeland security, emergency management, and resiliency programs with a focus on continuity program delivery. The candidate will provide analytical, training, exercise, and related capabilities associated with Federal Continuity Programs in the areas of policy/doctrine, capability-based assessments, and planning and procedure development, including but necessary limited to, assisting with program management and technical support to various Federal clients; coordinating with applicable intra and inter agency stakeholders to establish and maintain continuity programs; provide collaborative Federal-level technical assistance in the development and/or refinement of plans, policies, and procedures; development and delivery of training and exercises; data collection, analysis, and reporting; meeting and event support. Position may require working on site at government locations in the Washington D.C. area at company’s office, telework, or a combination of each.
