Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Consulting Manager to lead our team of experts and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. This role is a unique blend of project management, business solutions consulting, and business development. As the Consulting Manager, you will manage complex projects, develop tailored business solutions, and strategically expand client relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring that our consulting services exceed client expectations while helping to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
· Lead and manage multiple consulting projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
· Oversee the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with client objectives and internal capabilities.
Business Solutions Consulting:
· Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop comprehensive solutions that address their challenges and align with industry best practices.
· Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gain insights into their business needs.
· Provide strategic recommendations to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enable digital transformation.
Business Development:
· Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying new areas for growth.
· Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases to effectively communicate solutions to prospective clients.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development:
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing consulting team.
· Supervise consultants through goal setting, career planning, and performance management.

Continuous Improvement:
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive strategies to enhance the firm's consulting services.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of internal methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
· 7+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or business development, preferably within a consulting firm or a related industry.
· Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
· Deep understanding of business process optimization, digital transformation, and change management.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and CRM systems.
· Experience leading and developing teams with a focus on collaboration and growth.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) and knowledge of Agile, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies are highly desirable.
