Rishi Immigration is a Canadian company with three offices: London, Ontario, Windsor, Ontario, and Jalandhar, Punjab, India. The Canadian Government authorizes us to practice Canadian Immigration Law and help clients worldwide with their immigration needs, such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, etc.
This is a remote position but the candidate must be willing to travel within the city as per business needs.

Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and
customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange in-person business meetings with prospective clients i.e. immigration consultancy agents
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’
objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role for at least 3-5 years (in the immigration field only)
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Zoho)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Must be willing to travel within the city as per need
Must have a tablet or smart phone
