Your missions

We are looking for someone who has years of industrial field sales experience, especially in the HVAC industry, to join our amazing sales team! This role includes managing customer accounts, assisting with business development, and carrying out HVAC B2B sales, project management, and various other day-to-day sales activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company at a professional level to new and existing clients.
  • Prepare, follow up on leads, quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Conduct sales calls in Alberta territory. Travel will be required.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all level of industrial contacts including HVAC contractors, HVAC Wholesalers, Mechanical Engineers, and Developers/Builders.
  • Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business
  • Maintain and improve sales and technical skills, industry knowledge, and product information.
  • At the director level, responsibilities include recruiting, training, and guiding sales team members, developing territory goals, monitoring and evaluating the performance.

Requirements

Skills and requirements:

  • Over 5 years of Outside sales in related industry and 2+ years of HVAC field sales experience is required, HVAC wholesale experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, and as a member of a growing sales team
  • Proficient with Microsoft-based products
  • Organized, detailed and reliable
  • Driven to provide exceptional customer service
  • Hold a valid class 5 driver’s license, willing to travel territory daily
  • Demonstrated ability to influence the market
