We are looking for an A&E Manager to join our team here at Milestone. We are growing our business through a focus on A&E consultants. This role is to manage relationships between the professional consultants, architects, and engineers who specify products for inclusion into their design of security systems.
The preferred location for this candidate would be on the East Coast. The A&E Manager will report to the Director of Business Development, Americas, and will be a member of our A&E team.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage business relationships with the A&E Consultant community.
- Build the network of A&E contacts in the territory by leveraging programs and outreach initiatives driven by the organization.
- Supports security specifiers by traveling to job sites, offices, association meetings, security conferences, and local/national trade shows to maintain relationships with security consultants.
- Assist the BD and A&E Team with program initiatives and providing recommendations for program improvement.
- Maintain A&E contacts and detail specified opportunities within region using Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate project opportunities with the various sales teams. Communicate project specifics for a smooth handoff for sales success.
- Utilize the CRM to grow, maintain and develop all aspects of the A&E community and project development.
- Become a subject matter expert in video management and integrated solutions with the territory consultants.
- Work with the various Milestone Technology Partners A&E teams to promote the value of an open best-in class solution to customers and consultants in the market.
- Serve as a technical liaison between Milestone, the Consultant Community, customers, and our Milestone’s eco-system of Technology Partners
Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in security integration and security consulting
- Comprehensive understanding of all facets of the physical security industry
- Software and Hardware installation and technical sales experience
- Security System Solution design and application
- An existing relationship with the A&E community
- Strong organizational skills, business acumen, and attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce as a CRM
- Strong Relationship management
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient problem solver
- Superb networking and interpersonal skills
- Travel independently and productively
- The expected travel time for this position is approximately 50%

The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $153,217 to $241,556 with most candidates falling in the $178,892 to $209,951 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 10 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
