Job description

Job Title: Oracle Apps Technical Architect

Experience Level: 14+ years

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract to hire , 3+ year Project

Company: Voco Technologies

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical concepts, including PL/SQL, Reports, Oracle Workflows, and AOL. Understanding of Forms, business events, OAF, Webadi, APEX, ADF, and their usability.
  • Analyze client requirements, translate them into technical designs, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Lead the technical team, provide guidance in code development, and take ownership of delivery within SLAs.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the quality check of developed components.
  • Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of at least two end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Communicate effectively with functional consultants and clients to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Possess high-level functional and process flow knowledge in core areas such as Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in Oracle EBS Technical architecture and development.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • Certification in Oracle EBS or relevant technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Infosys methodologies and practices would be advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
