What is going on at Twisto right now?
We started in 2013 as the simplest deferred payment solution at online checkout. Today we are a daily payments app, delivering seamless omnichannel daily payments to customers across Europe 🌍. And you can help on our next journey! We are looking for a new colleague to take a position of Business Analyst.
Your future challenges:
- Build relationships with all stakeholders
- In conjunction with the squad PO, get to know all relevant stakeholders and create working relationships with them, understanding how to articulate their needs in clear requirements.
- Create and maintain requirements
- Create clear, concise, testable Epics & User Stories
- Process flows / swim lane diagrams should be used to clarify use cases and interactions with IT systems
- Create acceptance criteria using both positive and negative outcome scenarios
- Know the squad backlog and cadence
- Work in the squad to understand the backlog, velocity and priorities and support the activity required to complete the sprint / increment objectives.
