We are actively seeking a Network Engineer with a strong foundation in both networking and security. This role requires hands-on experience in managing and configuring Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and VPNs. Expertise in SD-WAN technologies is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:

• Deep understanding of network routing.
• Knowledge of various security aspects, including SSL.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, beyond support/case management.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot NGFW, IPS, IDS, and VPN solutions.
• Work with SD-WAN technologies.
• Ensure robust network and data security.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
