Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the SRM team with full scope of services such as but not limited to control lifecycles and risk assessments.
  • Create metrics to help showcase important KPIs and KRIs to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver security briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather and synthesize data and cybersecurity artifacts to support SRM deliverables.
  • Support CLS Security’s response to regulatory deliverables, including examinations, continuous monitoring sessions, and responses to regulatory correspondence.
  • Liaise as needed with CLS’ Regulatory Affairs division; translate relevant directives, guidance, and rules into actionable data for consumption by the senior stakeholders.

 

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Support SRM in the execution of the CLS Security Strategy in alignment with corporate strategic pillars, fundamental security principles, and business requirements.
  • Translate SRM vision into professional, publication-ready memoranda and presentation material for the office of the CISO.
  • Prepare and deliver security briefings for consumption by CLS Security, the CISO, the Executive Management Committee, and the Board.
  • Use functional expertise in security to oversee and deliver regular security training, discussions, and presentations to CLS staff.
  • Execute additional SRM objectives as necessary.
  • Assist with security focused training and awareness campaigns across the organization.

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities / competencies required for successful job performance:

  • Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
  • Ability to manage company wide - strategic projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Strong skills working with MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS Power Point
  • Bachelor's degree related to scope of work preferred.
