Job Description
Lead Organization:
● Assist in organizing and categorizing sales leads efficiently.
● Monitor and track lead progress, updating the sales head on the status of each
lead.
Follow-Up Management:
● Conduct diligent follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
● Ensure timely communication and enhance customer engagement and
satisfaction.
CRM Maintenance:
● Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and current information.
● Generate reports and analytics from the CRM system to assist in sales strategies
and decision-making.
Sales L10 Representation:
● Represent the Sales Head in Sales Level 10 (L10) meetings as needed.
● Prepare and present relevant data and reports during the L10 meetings.
● Communicate the outcomes and action items from L10 meetings to the Sales
Head and relevant team members.
Liaison Duties:
● Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sales Head and internal
departments, clients, and partners.
Administrative Support:
● Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, travel planning, and
expense reporting.
● Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
