What will be your agenda?

We are looking for an experienced colleague for our purhasing team who has previous experience in purchasing:

You would be a great fit to our team if you enjoy:

• ensuring the  entire purchasing process for IT services and goods runs smoothly and effectively

• coordinating the contracting process in an ethical and professional manner

• controling and analysing of purchase prices, communication and negotiation with the supplier, responsible for savings and achieving the company’s KPIs

• collaborating on purchasing projects at group level (active communication in English is required)

• processing and monitoring data and working with internal systems of the company

• communicating with IT suppliers and building business relationships

• assisting colleagues from other departments and providing them a guidance about purchasing processes and principles

• participating in the creation, innovation and improvement of processes in the department

• pursuing market research and actively searching for new potential suppliers

• creating and reviewing reports as well as keeping the data in check

• interacting closely  with Top management of the company

The salary for this position is from 2,000€ gross/ month depending on skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate. In addition, the possibility of a bonus is in accordance with NN rules.
