Technical Lead Power Apps

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Power Apps development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and implement custom Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Apps.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Power Apps solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Power Apps projects.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for Power Apps development initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest Power Apps features, capabilities, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Apps with other systems and technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of tools, platforms, and technologies related to Power Apps development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and developing Power Apps solutions for complex business processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in Power Apps development, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead technical teams and drive project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong understanding of software development principles.
• Proficiency in Power Apps formulas, expressions, and data integrations.
• Experience in ensuring the security and compliance of Power Apps solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, users, and team members.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance and testing methodologies for Power Apps solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality, user-friendly Power Apps solutions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Certifications in Power Apps and related Microsoft technologies are a plus.
• Experience in integrating Power Apps with Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
