Proposal Database Manager

Who are you?

As primary contributor to the proposal management organization within a purpose driven company whose mission is to Change Lives for Good, you will utilize advanced understanding of proposal management software to build and maintain our database which includes a library of content from which proposal managers draw to respond to RFPs. An additional primary focus of this role will be capitalizing on the emerging capabilities of software to improve response rates content quality, and reportable metrics. We are a global organization providing services directly to employers, health plans, health systems and strategic distribution partners.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Expert understanding of proposal management software (Qvidian preferred or other).
• Manage and own the comprehensive database and content management strategy for proposal management team.
• Develop, review, and edit proposal content considering input from key stakeholders, typically involving sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
• Maintain an extensive library of content across key market segments.
• Develop and manage ongoing review process of content and supporting documentation, maintaining document templates in line with company branding.
• Use advanced software capabilities to realize efficiencies in content management process.
• Evaluate and monitor proposal manager skill development related to tools and automation.
• Address change management requirements on an ongoing basis.
• Perform audits to monitor efficiency of effort and compliance with identified best-practices.
• Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of core functional requirements of role.
• Maintain SME-level understanding of products and services.
• Be able to communicate effectively across the organization in the execution of your role.
• Effective time management / prioritization skills.
• Strong written English language skills.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience within proposal database management, content management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• Exceptional understanding proposal automation software (Qvidian preferred or similar)
• Understanding of proposal process and related business metrics and impacts to a sales organization
• Advanced coursework in proposal automation software preferred.
• Strong project management skills

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from [$84800 to $106,000]. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for [10%] target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
